Customer must read and accept all the policies listed in our Support Center before using our product and services. All of our official documents listed are legally binding and comply with the Hong Kong Law. SellingsVibe has the right overridden customized vendor policies such as Terms and Conditions, shipping, refund policies and so on. Whenever these policies are unfair, abuse or in any other way we think is necessary, SellingsVibe has the right to delete and override these policies. We do not share any legal responsibilities regarding policies, regulations, terms or any other rules that are not directly published by SellingsVibe. This is to maintain a fair and user-friendly marketplace.
In case of any inconsistency between the English and the Chinese version of this website policies, conditions, settings and contents, the English version shall prevail.

License And Access
Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms, and your payment of any applicable fees, SellingsVibe or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the SellingsVibe Services. You may use the SellingsVibe Services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by SellingsVibe terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.
You may need your own SellingsVibe account to use certain SellingsVibe Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. SellingsVibe does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the SellingsVibe Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Alcohol listings on SellingsVibe are intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol, or use any site functionality related to alcohol. SellingsVibe reserves the right to remove or edit content, refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts, terminate your rights to use SellingsVibe Services in its sole discretion.
Usage Of My Wallet
When you use our My Wallet services, you agree that the topped up money cannot be refunded. When you use the Transfer Money function and Award Vendor Bonus, you have full responsibility for the money transferred and awarded. You agree that the transfer and award cannot be undone, retract and refund under any circumstances. You agree to pay all the handling fees of My Wallet. Please noted that My Wallet and its function is always HK$.
You can checkout with our supported currency. Currency is converted in our rules. By using currency that is not HK$, your payment method will be limited. If you are a vendor, all the currency listed or used are settled as HK$ such as product price, shipping cost and withdrawal etc.
SellingsVibe offers subscription plans to users which are completely optional. We do not charge users after the expire of a subscription plan. Users have to purchase the subscription plan for a valid subscription.
The subscription fees are non-refundable. You can switch plans anytime you want.
Reviews, Comments, Communications, And Other Content
You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to others or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. SellingsVibe reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant SellingsVibe a nonexclusive, royalty-free, and fully sublicensable right to use such content throughout the world in any media. You grant SellingsVibe and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify SellingsVibe for all claims resulting from content you supply. SellingsVibe has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. SellingsVibe takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
SellingsVibe attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, SellingsVibe does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any SellingsVibe Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by SellingsVibe itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it and contact the vendor.
“List Price” means the suggested retail price of a product as provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or seller. We regularly check List Prices against prices recently found on SellingsVibe and other retailers. Certain products may have a “Discount Price” displayed, which means this is the price that a buyer will be charged.
With respect to items sold by SellingsVibe, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by SellingsVibe is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.
Shipping & Delivery
All buyers are responsible for their own country’s import laws, cutoms laws, taxes, vat, duty, or other documentation you may be required to provide them.
Please be sure to know what you are allowed to import to your country before ordering. SellingsVibe does not responsible for any of these.
Sellers/vendors/merchants have their own shipping & delivery policies inside their shop page. SellingsVibe will not usually intervene their policies unless:
- The sellers/vendors/merchants do not have shipping & delivery policies.
- Sellers/vendors/merchants policies are unfair, mislead and unreasonable.
- Sellers/vendors/merchants policies are unfair, against or potentially destroy SellingsVibe’s policies.
In order to maintain a user friendly shopping/selling experience, SellingsVibe has control over and applicable to all Shipping & Delivery policies:
- We release funds to seller when the order status is completed or the buyer confirms their package was received (order status was also completed).
- We do not respond to any problem after the item was confirmed delivery and received by the buyer.
Without Buyer Confirmation
Without buyer’s authorization, SellingvsVibe does not has the right to confirm delivery for buyer.
However, SellingsVibe will manually release funds to seller based on the valid proof of delivery document provided by seller.
After approval, the order status is changed to completed. In the meanwhile, a sign of “Completed By Admin” will appear in both of customer and vendor order dashboard.
Without Buyer Confirmation and Seller document
In this case, the funds will be held 15 days (Hong Kong Shipping Address), or 30 days (Shipping Address is not in Hong Kong) before releasing the funds to seller.
Item Not Received suggestions
If the tracking record of the item was confirmed as completed/delivered/arrived/received, it is no longer SellingsVibe and seller’s responsibility for item not received claim. As a result, we are unable to send a replacement or refund. As much as we want to help, there’s nothing we could do. SellingsVibe does advice the following suggestions if you have not yet received your package:
- Please wait a few more days.
- Contact SellingsVibe or seller to locate the item for you.
- Please check your household facilities.
- Check with your local postal services and file an investigation if needed.
Item received with Significantly Not as Described
We understand this could be frustrated when you received an item as not described. If you decide to request a replacement or refund, always remember to pack your received item in the condition that’s the same as delivery and ship it back to the seller/vendor. As a customer, you may have to pay the shipping cost as well as provide the shipping and tracking information.
Since SellingsVibe does not know the item sent by the seller or the item received by the buyer, we would just ask the buyer to send the item back in original condition to the seller/vendor.
If the seller/vendor received the item was more damaged than he/she sent, or the item was an empty box/completely different item, SellingsVibe will require more documents for reimbursing the seller/vendor if the claim was proofed based on supporting document.
Items that are not covered for “Item received with Significantly Not as Described” claim:
1. Custom made/Hand made products.
2. A service.
3. Electronically delivered goods.
4. Product that can not be resell once it is unsealed.
Customers will have their refund from one of the following option:

if customers comply one of our refund eligibilities:
- Buyer does not receive the item purchased – 21 days of an appeal when the order status is “processing” or “completed”.
- Buyer received an item that was Significantly Not as Described from seller’s listing – within 15 days of appeal after receiving the item.
- Seller does not receive the returned item. (Shipping Document required from buyer)
- Seller received the returned item that was completely different/empty. (More document required)
- Any reason that we think is suitable and eligible.
Before making refund, supported document must be provided to SellingsVibe. We will verify the document to make a refund decision.
We refund to customers in the same business day when the refund eligibility is confirmed by SellingsVibe.
Depends on the situation of a case, SellingsVibe has the duty to decide the refund amount in a fair and reasonable way. You may or may not receive a full amount of refund. All the refund decision from SellingsVibe is final and subject to our website policies. The right of refund decision is reserved by SellingsVibe.
Contents in our site such as terms, policies, information and functionalities are constantly updated and changed to provide a better platform environment for users. In this process, users may counter errors but we do have a backup system making sure that users information will not lose in this case. Some of our documents may be not up to date due to system update but still effective.
