Buyer:

When a buyer places order through SellingsVibe’s platform, the funds is then hold in SellingsVibe’s system.

Seller:

To fulfill the buyer’s order, seller has to summit the “Fulfillment Form” form to SellingsVibe.

Standard Workflow

1. Order placed.

2. Seller summits the “Fulfillment Form” to SellingsVibe after the order is delivered.

3. Buyer confirms Order Received.

4. Funds are then sent to seller.

*SellingsVibe has the right to reject transaction if we believe such a transaction against any of our website policy.

Buyer Confirmation

Whenever the order status is in processing stage, buyer will have a red “Order Received” button available in the order dashboard, under the “ACTIONS” tab:

By clicking the button, you acknowledged the condition as described in the pop up window:

The button will become green in color and no longer editable after “Mark as Received”.

***Be sure that you only click “Mark as Received” button when you received your order.

Generally, we do not accept any reason for revoking the action.

Releasing Funds

SellingsVibe releases funds to sellers when the following requirements are met:

  1. The order status was completed
  2. A fulfilment form related to the order was received by us
  3. The withdraw request submitted by the seller was approved

Completing Transaction

SellingsVibe will officially treat the transaction as completed when we successfully released the funds to sellers. This is a legal responsibility that SellingsVibe admitted and approved the transaction took place on sellingsvibe.com otherwise SellingsVibe does not legally respond to the transaction.

Reviewing The Transaction

Our team will review the transaction based on website’s policies. You will not be notify before we reject the transaction.

Rejecting a transaction

SellingsVibe values the freedom of trading so we do not initially review the product or service a seller posted.

If SellingsVibe thinks the transaction against our website’s policy that we have to reject, your order status will change to “refunded” or “cancelled”.

Depending on the case, we will limit or terminate the user’s account.

All the costs and lost are buyers and sellers responsibilities. SellingsVibe will have no legal responsibility about this.

Usage of rejecting funds

If SellingsVibe rejects a transaction, the funds held by SellingsVibe are non-refundable and non-returnable in rare cases.

Depending on the types and amount of funds held, the funds will be confiscated to related department of Hong Kong government.

Or,

the funds will be used internally to make improvement of our SellingsVibe platform and services.

Shipping document

Proof of shipment is an online or physical documentation from a shipping company that includes the following:

  • The date the item was shipped.
  • The recipient’s address, showing at least the city and state, or city and country, or zip/postal code (or international equivalent). The address information on your shipping receipt must match the address on the seller-buyer invoice.

Proof of delivery

Proof of delivery is an online documentation from a shipping company that includes:

  • The item’s status as delivered.
  • The date the item was delivered.
  • The recipient’s address, showing at least the city and state, or city and country, or zip/postal code (or international equivalent). The address information on your shipping receipt must match the address on the seller-buyer invoice.

Some information you may want to collect regrading the proof of delivery for virtual items and intangible services:

  • IP address of purchaser at date and time of transaction
  • Device geographical location at date and time of transaction
  • Device ID number and device name
  • Name and email address linked to the customer profile on-record
  • Evidence that the customer profile was activated and verified by the cardholder before the date and time of transaction
  • Evidence that the cardholder accessed/used the downloaded digital goods on or after the date and time of transaction
  • Evidence that the same device and card were used in previous, undisputed transactions.

Proof of delivery for intangible services and emails:

  • Date and time the email is opened
  • Actual location of the recipient
  • Browser and operating system
  • Read duration
  • Proxy detection (if the recipient is hiding their actual IP address)
  • Organization name
  • Email forwarding
  • Attachment and link tracking

Proof of delivery for downloadable content:

  • Day and time the purchase took place
  • Buyer’s IP address
  • Download attempts and amount of the file transferred
  • Successful deliveries
  • Download IP address
  • Geographic location

Fail to submit the required document

If the order was processing without any problem such as customer chargeback, seller funds will be released after 21 business days started from the day when an order is “processing”.

Dispute

SellingsVibe based on the fact to take any necessary action. If SellingsVibe finds out that the provided document from seller/buyer is false information, we may limit the functionality or terminate the seller/buyer’s SellingsVibe account. All the cost and lost will be seller/buyer’s responsibilities.

Seller-buyer dispute

Whenever a case cannot be determined the authenticity, SellingsVibe will handle the case in our dispute email:

For both buyer and seller, you need to summit as much as evidence you have for SellingsVibe, the evidence includes:

For buyer:

1. Video unboxing your package, showing the shipping label as well as:

Your billing address, the address information on your shipping receipt must match the address on the seller-buyer invoice.

2. Photo(es) of your trading conversation from SellingsVibe platform showing that the date you purchased the item from seller or any details you think is helpful.

3. Photo(es) of the item you received.

4. Other evidence you think is helpful.

For seller:

  1. Proof of delivery that matches your shipping document
  2. Photo(es) of your trading conversation from SellingsVibe platform showing that the date you purchased the item from seller or any details you think is helpful.
  3. Photo(es) of the item before packaging to sending.
  4. Other evidence you think is helpful.

[Face-To-Face]

For buyer:

  1. Video unboxing your package.
  2. Photo(es) of your trading conversation from SellingsVibe platform showing that the date you purchased the item from seller or any details you think is helpful.
  3. Other evidence you think is helpful.

For seller:

  1. Photo(es) of your trading conversation from SellingsVibe platform showing that the date you purchased the item from seller or any details you think is helpful.

  2. Photo(es) of the item before packaging to sending.

  3. Other evidence you think is helpful.

Fail to submit the evidence

The buyer/seller will win the dispute automatically if buyer/seller failed to summit the evidence mentioned above.

When a dispute case is opened and recorded by SellingsVibe, buyer and seller will have 10 days to summit the required document.

You do not have to summit all the mentioned document. However, SellingsVibe will base on the summited document to make the judgement.

Seller/buyer wins the dispute will have the on-hold fund.

SellingsVibe will make the final judgement of the on-hold fund.

Document summited to SellingsVibe are confidential that only SellingsVibe has the right to view it.

Loss a dispute

Depending on the situation, the buyer/seller who lost the dispute will be terminated the right of using SellingsVibe due to the violation of SellingsVibe’s term of use, effective immediately when the dispute case was marked as closed. All the cost and lost will be the buyer/seller responsibilities.
